What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.

Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design.

The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.

What are we looking for?
  • 8+ years of experience in operations and people management
  • Experience managing digital marketing or technical support teams
  • Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager or similar ad tech platforms
  • Strong financial acumen – ability to track budgets, profitability, and forecasting
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • High-level stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Expertise in workforce planning, shift optimization, and productivity tracking •Digital Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead program delivery across multiple regions and shifts
  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, SLA adherence, and quality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, meetings, and feedback loops
  • Analyze financials to ensure profitability, cost control, and investment planning
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align on KPIs and roadmap initiatives
  • Mentor team leads and mid-level managers to build leadership pipeline
  • Guide team on prioritization of escalations, process gaps, and automation opportunities
  • Drive quarterly planning, innovation pipeline, and strategic goals for the program
  • Partner with QA, MIS, and Comms to ensure cohesive program success
  • Lead transformation and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and client value
