Your Team

This is to support Fund Operations team, updating PM Summary, Debt database, NOI and CAPEX Trackers and Fund Performance reports, uploading key documents on Intralinks, and updating KYC details on Investran. Prepare property or asset or portfolio attributes, historical and current data on a quarterly basis. Should have at-least 3 to 5+ years of experience in Real estate reporting, client reporting, Asset management. Knowledge of Yardi / Intralinks module is preferred.

  • Preparing Fund performance reports, Quarterly reports, Consultant reports, Flash reports
  • Preparing Portfolio Summary reports, updating quarterly performance reports for the consultants
  • Prepare Rent roll analysis reports and communicate with Asset Managers in case of queries
  • Downloading financials from Yardi and updating P&L and Balance sheets at an asset level
  • Sending NAV Statements, Capital Calls and Distributions notices to Investors through Intralinks
The Experience You Bring
  • Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in client reporting, real estate, fund administration with Yardi environment
  • Expertise in MS Office specially Excel
  • Experience in Asset Management or Fund administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
  • Good Analytical and Problem‑solving skills
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and forward‑thinking; result oriented
  • With high learning ability and positive curiosity
  • Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
  • Ability to review peer’s work and provide feedback
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Should be able to lead business calls independently

Academic requirements

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification, in Real Estate.
