This role involves preparing fund performance reports, managing client reporting, and requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in real estate reporting and asset management. This is to support Fund Operations team, updating PM Summary, Debt database, NOI and CAPEX Trackers and Fund Performance reports, uploading key documents on Intralinks, and updating KYC details on Investran. Prepare property or asset or portfolio attributes, historical and current data on a quarterly basis. Should have at-least 3 to 5+ years of experience in Real estate reporting, client reporting, Asset management. Knowledge of Yardi / Intralinks module is preferred.
