A leading textile firm in Karachi is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR practices. This full-time role involves managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in a textile firm, ideally a home textile firm. This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager at J.Sons Industries located in Karachi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, developing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, labour department, and providing guidance on employee development and performance management.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager with strong expertise in labour management, particularly within the textile manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of labour laws, compliance with the Labour Department, and hands-on experience in handling worker grievances, payroll, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
Strong leadership skills in recruitment, performance management, training & development, and maintaining a positive workplace culture are essential. The candidate must also possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement abilities, with the capacity to manage both factory-level HR operations and head office requirements efficiently.
