Qualifications

• 11+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience in a web hosting or cloud environment.
• 7+ years of experience in a Senior position or Level 3 Engineer role.
• Strong scripting ability in Perl, Bash, and Python.
• Expert knowledge of web hosting technologies (cPanel, Plesk, WHM).
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a final escalation point for complex server issues.
• Manage, optimize, and secure Linux-based hosting environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for server provisioning.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
