Role Description

The ideal candidate should have experience in a textile firm, ideally a home textile firm. This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager at J.Sons Industries located in Karachi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, developing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, labour department, and providing guidance on employee development and performance management.
