Overview

This is the most demanding position and requires the following skill set. Individual must have:

• an MS degree from a premier institute in computer Engineering
• Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least four years professional)
• Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration and performance issues
• Thorough understanding of MS technologies including Visual Studio.Net, Visual Source Safe, SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server
• be very hands on in .Net development tools, C#, and Design Patterns. Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc.
• Experience in Extreme Programming, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, and OLAP will be a big plus
• good project management experience
