IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Play a mission-critical role in developing long-term business strategies, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring organizational alignment. From planning to execution, you will use strategic insight, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable business growth and improve operational excellence.

You’ll serve as a key advisor and collaborator across the company — shaping decisions, enabling innovation, and turning data into action.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Lead Strategic Planning & Business Development by setting long-term direction, developing actionable plans, and enhancing product offerings through migration and optimization initiatives.
• Drive Budgeting & Forecasting through development of commercial budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration by acting as the key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Regulatory teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Analyze Commercial Performance across revenue, activations, churn, and usage to deliver actionable insights and mitigate performance deviations.
• Champion Process Improvements by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within commercial planning and pricing functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business planning, or financial performance management
• Proven expertise in telecom KPIs, reporting, and advanced analytics
