A leading global food company is looking for an Assistant Manager Talent for its Kabirwala Factory in Pakistan. The role involves overseeing talent management processes including recruitment, training, and leadership development. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, 3 to 5 years of experience in talent management, and the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders. A background in the FMCG sector will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning or business partnering.
• Ability to engage with internal employees regarding values, culture, and career growth.
• Experience in matrix structured organizations and preferably in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and leadership development at the factory level.
• Align and execute People Strategies to enhance employee contributions.
• Lead performance management, talent and succession planning.
• Contribute to training and coaching plans and deliver leadership development knowledge.
• Strengthen the Nestlé Employer Brand and ensure quality candidate experience.
