Role Overview
VIDIZMO is seeking a Product Marketing Growth Manager to own product positioning, go-to-market execution, and growth outcomes across our product portfolio — Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS), VIDIZMO Redactor, and EnterpriseTube. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and revenue. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the products, markets, and buyers; translating that knowledge into compelling messaging and campaigns; and driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with clear accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Market Mastery
- Develop deep understanding of VIDIZMO’s products, use cases, differentiators, and roadmap
- Understand target industries, buyer personas, procurement processes, and compliance drivers (CJIS, FOIA, privacy, security)
- Conduct ongoing customer and market research to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM decisions
- Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and customer value
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across the portfolio
- Develop differentiated product narratives aligned to customer pain points, use cases, and outcomes
- Create and maintain product marketing assets: pitch decks, solution briefs, landing pages, case studies, battlecards, and sales collateral
- Enable Sales and Business Development with clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and enablement materials
Go-to-Market, Demand & Growth Execution
- Plan and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches, features, and campaigns
- Drive demand generation and pipeline contribution in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams
- Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, content, outbound, ABM, partner, and field motions
- Support ABM and enterprise/government-focused marketing initiatives targeting high-value accounts
- Optimize buyer journeys, funnels, and conversion rates across website, landing pages, and campaigns
- Own website content performance, conversion optimization, and SEO strategy beyond content creation
Analytics, Insights & Performance Optimization
- Define success metrics and KPIs across product marketing, demand generation, and GTM initiatives
- Track and analyze performance using marketing analytics, attribution models, and CRM data
- Measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution
- Translate insights into clear recommendations, optimizations, and action plans
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance and scalability
Sales Enablement, Partners & Ecosystem Marketing
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets aligned to buyer stages and use cases
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to support deal acceleration and win rates
- Support partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives, including co-marketing and joint GTM efforts
- Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across direct, partner, and channel motions
Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with Product to align roadmap priorities with market demand and GTM readiness
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops on marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot) workflows, and attribution
- Ensure clean handoffs, lifecycle tracking, and visibility from lead to revenue
- Coordinate execution across teams and vendors as needed
- Ensure initiatives move from strategy to execution to measurable business impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience owning product positioning, go-to-market execution, and demand programs
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, complex sales cycles, and enterprise procurement
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams
- Ability to connect messaging, campaigns, and channels to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience marketing to public sector, law enforcement, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI, video, digital evidence, or data platforms
- Experience with ABM and partner-led growth
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
