Level3 BOS is looking for a Recruitment Lead who can lead, inspire, and build a strong team of recruiters focused on non-technical roles— including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals for US-based positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the US market.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

What We’re Looking For:
