National Foods Limited is seeking a result-driven sales professional to lead territories by coordinating distributors and order bookers toward targets. You will implement the sales strategy, plan targets, and monitor performance to drive growth across outlets.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate degree with TM9 grade and demonstrates strong analytical skills, planning, and effective communication to build retailer relationships and optimize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit and value targets for assigned territories.
• Set day-to-day targets and assign to order bookers by area.
• Prepare and share sales reports for KPIs by territory and category.
• Manage order bookers to achieve targets and ensure product knowledge.
• Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and understand dynamics.
• Ensure trade marketing activities align with plans.
• Plan sales efforts and PJPs by territory and RTM.
• Develop relationships with distributors to optimize value.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and maximize revenue.
