Job summary

Khanewal is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee distributors and order bookers across the assigned territory, drive sales, and implement effective strategies. You will set targets, monitor performance, conduct market visits, and ensure trade marketing plans are executed while maintaining strong distributor relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for the assigned territory.
Set daily targets and assign them to order bookers according to their areas.
Prepare and share sales reports to monitor targets and KPI performance.
Manage and motivate order bookers to achieve assigned targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure proper knowledge of company products.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure outlet coverage and understand market trends.
Ensure trade marketing activities are implemented according to approved plans.
Develop effective sales plans and PJPs based on territory and route-to-market requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors.
Manage budgets and forecast sales according to territory and product categories.
