Responsibilities

• Follow up with affiliate vendors and contractors to complete maintenance tasks on time.
• Create vendor bills and invoices.
• Schedule property showings for new tenants.
• Prepare rent leases and onboard new tenants.
• Data entry and other admin tasks.
• Provide first contact resolution in the most effective way.
