FlowFix is hiring Customer Support Specialists for a UK-based international campaign, based in Rawalpindi. Roles involve handling inbound UK calls, ensuring clear communication, and delivering excellent service with a confident, professional demeanor.

Shifts are rotational and night hours with 5 working days per week. Ideal candidates will have strong English skills, a British accent, and familiarity with UK regions or postcodes.

Qualifications

• Clear, fluent, professional English listening and speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
• Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s qualification is flexible for candidates with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills are essential.
• Knowledge of UK areas, cities, postcodes, or general UK geography is preferred.
