Key Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an HR Manager who will assist in two areas:

• Technical Recruitment
  • Maintaining a network with potential candidates from top tier universities
  • Manage end to end recruitment process i.e. talent hunting, phone screens, scheduling technical interviews with Team Leads, liaison with the candidates, offer process and onboarding.
  • Representing the company in recruitment drives conducted at different universities.
  • Managing hiring related posts on LinkedIn.
• People Management
  • Team building through activities & trainings
  • HR Policy Making
  • Managing operational things related to people management example leaves record, addressing people concerns etc.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• 3-6 years of experience as an HR Professional in Software Industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business, BBIT, HR or similar domain
