Job summary

Technotch is seeking an HR Executive (Tech Recruitment & Operations) to manage human resources, talent acquisition, and HR operations across multiple locations. You will ensure compliance with regional labor laws while sourcing top technical talent through ATS and professional networks.

You will design seamless onboarding for remote and office hires, oversee performance cycles, and collaborate with technical leads to develop staff development plans, ensuring a healthy culture and effective HR

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment in tech sectors.
• Experience with regional labor laws and compliance.
• Familiarity with modern web development terminology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regional labour law and contracts compliance for hire across locations.
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent using ATS and social networks.
• Design seamless onboarding for remote and office hires.
• Oversee performance review cycles and KPI tracking with tech leads.

CoreResponsibilities

• RegionalCompliance&LaborLaw:Ensureallemploymentcontracts,companypolicies,andworkplacepracticesalignperfectlywiththespecificlocalHRlawsandstatutoryregulationsoftheregionswhereweoperate.
• TalentSourcingStrategy:Executeproactivesourcingstrategiestoattracthighqualitycandidatesinthecompetitivetechmarket,utilizingLinkedIn,developercommunities,andmodernApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS).
• EmployeeOnboarding:Designandfacilitateaseamlessonboardingexperiencethatquicklyintegratesnewremoteandin-officehiresintoourtechnicalworkflows.
• Performance&Appraisals:Overseeregularperformancereviewcycles,trackemployeeKPIs,andcollaboratewithtechnicalleadstobuildprofessionaldevelopmentplans.
• Culture&EmployeeRelations:Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforteammembers,resolvingworkplaceconflicts,handlinggrievances,anddrivinginitiativesthatmaintainahealthycompanyculture.
