Job summary

Exper Labs in Lahore invites an experienced HR Manager to lead technical recruitment and people management for our software teams. You will build university networks, manage end-to-end recruiting, conduct interviews with team leads, and oversee onboarding while shaping HR policies and people operations.

The ideal candidate is extroverted, creative, a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and capable of leading initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as an HR professional in the software industry.
• Familiarity with latest software technologies.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Technical recruitment: maintain university networks, manage end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling with team leads, onboarding.
• People management: team-building activities, HR policy making, and handling leaves and employee concerns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an HR Manager who will assist in two areas:

• Technical Recruitment
  • Maintaining a network with potential candidates from top tier universities
  • Manage end to end recruitment process i.e. talent hunting, phone screens, scheduling technical interviews with Team Leads, liaison with the candidates, offer process and onboarding.
  • Representing the company in recruitment drives conducted at different universities.
  • Managing hiring related posts on LinkedIn.

  • Managing operational things related to people management example leaves record, addressing people concerns etc.
