You will coordinate with the HRBP and regional HRBPs, engage university career offices to build candidate pools, and oversee advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment; real estate/construction/banking experience encouraged.
• Prior bulk/high-volume hiring experience is a plus.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be custodian of Talent Acquisition Process- the individual shall be responsible for teaming up the relevant department to understand the hiring needs and oversee end to end recruitment. This is an individual contribution role with high volume sales hiring and reports directly to HRBP.

Requirements:
