Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage Full recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract bulk hiring.
• Liaison with University career offices to develop a pool of candidates.
• Team up with stakeholders to plan the recruitment.
• Liaison with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Liaison with regional HRBPs to plan interviews as per HC requirements.
• Develop hiring reports on a weekly basis to share with management.
