Skyray Ventures is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter to lead international recruitment across technology, media and marketing ventures. You will own end-to-end hiring, source top talent, and conduct video interviews for clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and proven sourcing across platforms. You’ll build pipelines and represent the company on calls and video meetings with international clients.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter with strong internationalrecruitment experience. This role requires a confident communicator, an expert in sourcing topglobal talent, and a professional who can represent the company effectively on client calls andvideo meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across technical, digital, and specializedroles, and will be able to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for international clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–7 years of recruitment or headhunting experience
• Proven background in technical recruitment
• Strong English communication skills—verbal, written, and on-camera
• Expert-level sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring pipelines
• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with ATS tools and CRM systems
• Background in recruitment agencies or remote hiring environments
• Ability to handle executive-level or niche roles
• Experience building recruitment systems and sourcing frameworks
