Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) invites applications for a Relationship Manager Asset at our Karachi branch. You will lead asset sales, establish relations with clients, and ensure adherence to bank SOPs while driving profitable loan growth.

You will assess client needs, apply five Cs of credit, coordinate disbursement and collections, and mentor junior staff to meet monthly targets. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in microfinance industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas following SOPs.
• Ensure timely loan disbursement, collection and cross-sell.
• Maintain customer relationships and conduct periodic client reviews.
• Verify customer profiles using five Cs of credit.
