Job summary

You will implement sales plans, lead branch efforts, and mentor teams to achieve targets while maintaining high ethical standards and customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution is required; MBA preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microfinance industry.
• Strong sales and relationship management capabilities within banking services.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives at branch level.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing customer relationships per SOP.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethical practices and SOP adherence.
• Manage asset portfolio and ensure timely verification, disbursement, and collection.
• Lead and motivate branch team to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
