Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve branch growth objectives.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers per SOP.
• Ensure target achievement through ethical practices and SOPs.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with operations for timely loan disbursement and collections.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate prospects for growth.
• Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and ensure credit review integrity.
• Monitor compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
