Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd seeks a Relationship Manager - Asset to lead asset sales with strategic oversight and personalized client stewardship. You will build relationships, assess credit profiles, ensure timely loan disbursement and collections, and drive branch profitability in line with SBP regulations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in microfinance, with strong negotiation skills and a drive to grow market share across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable.
• Minimum three years’ experience in microfinance industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Ensure target achievement through sales in assigned areas with ethics.
• Conduct market assessment/research to identify selling possibilities and new markets.
• Lead the branch to achieve profitability targets and asset sales.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely disbursals and loan management.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and SBP regulations.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with line manager to plan weekly field activities and reviews.
• Monitor collection efforts and ensure timely repayments.
