Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution, MBA will be preferable.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in microfinance industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives at micro level.
• Sells assets/loan products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas by following SOPs and high ethical standards.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate customer profiles using credit criteria.
• Lead the branch team to meet profitability objectives and coordinate with operations for timely disbursements and collections.
• Develop and execute customer relationship strategies for loans disbursement, collection and cross-sell.
