Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager - Asset to drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with bank SOPs. The role focuses on asset loan products, market strategy, and ethical lending practices within the microfinance landscape in Pakistan.

The position requires at least 3 years in microfinance, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships while meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA will be preferable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in microfinance industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement the approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of the bank by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP of the bank.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethical practices by following SOPs.
• Ensure target achievement through genuine sales and by avoiding family loaning and adjustment lending.
• Build business of the company through loans sales and customer base growth, following SOPs.
• Market bank products and develop sales strategies aligned with targets and market demand.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate industry position for growth.
