Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferable.
• 0-1 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro level plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethics and following SOPs.
• Ensure collections and loan repayments per SOPs; avoid impropriety.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers and promote bank products.
• Conduct market assessments to identify selling possibilities and new markets.
• Meet internal service standards and handle customer documents with care.
