Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to drive microfinance lending and customer relationships in Pakistan. You will assess client needs, promote bank products, and ensure compliant, ethical sales practices while delivering personalized service.

You will implement approved sales plans, identify opportunities, build trust with customers, and coordinate with RM/BM to meet targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–1 years’ experience are preferred; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 0–1 years’ related field experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement the approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro-level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP of the bank.
• Achieve targets/objectives of sales in assigned areas with best ethics and moral practices by following SOPs.
• Ensure proactive collection and timely repayment of loans by communicating with clients and ensuring collections as per SOPs.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships of the bank with customers.
