Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas following SOPs and ethical practices.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collections per SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures and service standards.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with customers and identify opportunities.
