Conovo Technologies builds AI automation, agents and integrations that plug into the tools businesses already use, plus the web, mobile and product engineering to ship them to production. We're a UK-registered company headquartered in Slough, with our entire delivery team in-house in Lahore.
We've delivered 200+ projects for clients across the UK, Europe and the US, and we're ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. Clients stay with us because we're research-led and radically communicative. Now we want a social presence that tells that story as well as our work does.
The role
You’ll own Conovo's official social media presence, end to end. That means planning what we say, creating and publishing it, talking to the people who engage with it, and reporting on what's working.
This isn't a scheduling job. We want someone who understands how B2B buyers use social, can turn technical work into content people actually stop for, and treats every post as a reflection of the company.
What you'll do
- Manage Conovo's official accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with LinkedIn as the priority channel.
- Build and run a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, service launches and company milestones.
- Write post copy, captions and short-form scripts in a clear, confident brand voice.
- Create or brief visual content: graphics, carousels, short videos and reels, working with designers where needed.
- Turn project work, team stories and expertise from our engineers into engaging content.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly and route sales enquiries to the right people.
- Grow followers, engagement and inbound traffic from social to the website.
- Support leadership and team members in building their personal LinkedIn presence.
- Track performance weekly and share a monthly report with insights and next steps.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, and bring new ideas to the table.
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns when required, in coordination with the marketing team.

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI and automation tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make or Zapier) to automate social workflows like content repurposing, scheduling, reporting and inbox triage.
