Conovo Technologies builds AI automation, agents and integrations that plug into the tools businesses already use, plus the web, mobile and product engineering to ship them to production. We are a UK-registered company headquartered in Slough, with our delivery team in Lahore.

We’re seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own Conovo's official presence end to end, turning complex tech into engaging content and delivering results across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 2 years managing social media for a brand, ideally in tech, software or B2B services.
• A portfolio of accounts or campaigns you've run, with results you can talk us through.
• Excellent written English. You can write copy that sounds human, not templated.
• Hands-on skill with Canva or similar design tools, and basic short-form video editing (CapCut or similar).
• Working knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page analytics, Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and automation tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make or Zapier) to automate social workflows like content repurposing, scheduling, reporting and inbox triage.
• Solid grasp of platform algorithms, content formats and what drives reach on each channel.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable owning a channel without being chased.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own Conovo's social media presence end to end from planning to publishing.
• Turn technical work into content people stop for while reflecting the company accurately.
• Manage accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with LinkedIn as priority.
• Build and run a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches and milestones.
• Write post copy, captions and short-form scripts in a clear brand voice.
• Create or brief visual content: graphics, carousels, and short videos with designers.
• Turn project work and team stories into engaging content.
• Respond to comments and messages and route sales enquiries.
• Grow followers, engagement and inbound traffic to the website.
• Support leadership in building personal LinkedIn presence.
• Track performance weekly and share a monthly insights report.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends and bring new ideas.
• Run and optimise paid social campaigns in coordination with marketing.
