We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience to develop and execute effective social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, copywriting, community management, and analytics skills, along with hands‑on experience managing multiple social media platforms.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Office Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publishing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging, high‑quality content.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy that reflects the brand voice and drives engagement.
• Monitor and manage audience interactions by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews while fostering an active online community.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, contests, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify, coordinate, and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors as needed.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other social media reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries received through social media channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms by maintaining unified messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting abilities.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with influencer marketing and community management is an added advantage.
