About the Role:
Agile District is looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and other social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality visual content.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Research, write, and optimize engaging blog articles for the company website to improve SEO, educate the audience, and support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and implement strategies to grow online communities.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
