BrainsLogic is a senior-only software studio. Funded startups and agencies come to us when they need real engineers shipping production systems - custom SaaS platforms, AI and LLM systems, data infrastructure, and automation that replaces manual ops. About the Role

This is a full content marketing role, not a posting job. You'll own strategy, calendar, writing, publishing, community, and reporting across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll sit with engineers, understand what they're building, and turn it into content that pulls in the right audience - direct, specific, no corporate fluff. If you're early in your career but already obsessed with content, voice, and growth, this is the seat.

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own our content engine end-to-end and turn that engineering work into a brand founders and operators follow, trust, and hire.

What You'll Do

1. Own the content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. Write everything: long-form LinkedIn posts, X threads, IG captions, TikTok hooks and scripts, plus the occasional blog or case study.
3. Translate technical work (automations, scrapers, AI builds) into content founders and SMB operators actually want to read and share.
4. Shoot, edit, or coordinate short-form video for IG Reels and TikTok - including behind-the-scenes and founder-led content.
5. Build and grow our company accounts from current baseline, and support founder/team personal brands where relevant.
6. Run community management: reply to comments and DMs, engage with target accounts, and build relationships in our niche.
7. Track what's working (followers, engagement, reach, inbound leads) and adjust monthly.
8. Stay on top of trends in AI, automation, and B2B content so we're never the last to a format.

What We're Looking For

1. 0-2 years of social media or content experience, internships, freelance work, or personal projects count. (Will be verified)
2. A portfolio of accounts you've grown* (company, client, or your own). This is non-negotiable. Bring numbers followers gained, engagement rates, reach, anything concrete.
3. Strong technical writing ability.* You can read about a technology, development, scraper or an AI workflow, ask the right questions, and explain it clearly without dumbing it down or making it sound like a brochure.
4. Excellent written English. Your hooks earn the scroll-stop.
5. A point of view on what good B2B content looks like in 2026, especially on LinkedIn and X.
6. Comfort with Canva (or Figma) and basic short-form video editing (CapCut or similar).
7. Self-directed. We don't want to assign you posts; we want you to tell us what to post.

Nice to Have

1. Experience writing for or about technical/B2B audiences.
2. Familiarity with scheduling tools
3. Light paid social experience (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
4. Interest in or basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), or how scraping works.
