Qualifications

• University graduate (BA) with strong leadership abilities.
• 1–2 years in a similar role; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Proven ability to manage teams, solve problems and drive results.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distributor/organization team to deploy company strategies.
• Train and motivate the team to achieve short-term objectives and long-term goals.
• Hire and screen Order Bookers / DSRs.
• Ensure implementation of annual operating plan and KPIs.
• Achieve monthly volume targets and optimize shop visit productivity.
• Maintain product range availability of PCI snacks in the market.
• Identify prime rack locations and maintain rack integrity.
• Ensure FIFO in warehouse and market, minimize market stale stock.
• Identify stock requirements at the warehouse and deliver territory targets.
• Develop distributor capabilities and rollout Sales OOR modules.
• Utilize promotional budgets and subsidies effectively with distributors.
• Conduct in-market coaching, follow-up, and new account development.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to the ASM and manage PI assets.
