PepsiCo Inc. in Pakistan seeks a capable sales leader to drive distributor and organization teams, deploying company strategies to meet local business needs.

You will train and motivate the team, ensure annual operating plans, KPI targets, and timely reporting, while expanding shelf space and ensuring product range availability. Strong leadership, problem solving, and MS Office proficiency are essential; 1–2 years of field experience is welcomed.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BA degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
• Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / DSRs.
• Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan with KPIs.
• Achieving monthly volume targets.
• Productivity of daily planned shops to be visited.
• Ensuring Range availability of PCI snacks in the market.
• Lead rollout of Sales OOR modules across distributor workforce.
• Manage promotional budgets and subsidies to distributors/DSRs to optimize lift and activity.
• Weekly KPI reporting to the ASM.
