You will set SMART objectives, cascade plans to territory teams, and monitor ROI to improve distributor profitability. A strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and field coaching is required.

Competenze

• University graduate (BA) or equivalent.
• 2-4 years in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel & PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Lead the sales team and large-scale distributors to deploy company strategies and develop local plans.
• Set clear SMART objectives to align with AOP and strategic plans.
• Cascade action plans to territory teams and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
• Monitor distributor ROI and profitability; propose efficiency improvements.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and channel expansion initiatives across territories.
• Provide field training and coaching to DRs/DSRs to enhance selling skills.
