Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Commercial Analytics, Perfect Store, Category Management and Shopper Marketing.
• 7+ years in DX, channel development, sales effectiveness, NRM and insights.
• High EQ, clear communication to influence senior leaders.
• Strong consultative selling and customer engagement.
• Global outlook with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Capability-building design and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish global capability best practices/standards for implementation.
• Work with Global, Sectors, BUs to diagnose program maturity and build roadmaps.
• Execute High Impact Projects per prioritization and contracting.
• Deploy consistent Perfect Store value realization tracking.
• Develop and deploy Perfect Store chapters within E2E playbooks.
• Collaborate with DX/GCC to drive Perfect Store connectivity.
