Navigatorhr is recruiting a Manager Sales for our lighting division, located in Islamabad near Amazon Mall, GT Road. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing and 10+ years in B2B lighting sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will cultivate relationships with architects, consultants, and developers, generate leads, prepare quotes, and guide customers from assessment to final delivery, including on-site visits and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience in B2B sales within lighting/building materials.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Lead and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities.
• Manage project pipeline and client engagement.
• Conduct site visits and strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
