Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Provide leadership and direction to the internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Maintain an understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long,term client relationships.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings.
