Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Sales in Islamabad to drive growth in the lighting sector. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, consultants, and developers, generating leads, and coordinating sales activities.

With a minimum of 5 years experience and a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, you will analyze technical requirements, prepare quotations, and manage project pipelines while ensuring strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Lead and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities.
• Manage project pipeline and client engagement.
• Conduct site visits and strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
