QF Network is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage hiring across Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, AI, Animation, US Accounting, Bookkeeping & Taxation, Digital Marketing, PPC, SEO, Social Media, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and SDR/Calling positions.

We need a recruitment professional with proven IT/software hiring expertise, established talent networks, and advanced sourcing skills who can independently manage multiple urgent vacancies, identify relevant candidates,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on IT/software recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across IT and professional services.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, accounting, marketing, and sales.
• Proficient in LinkedIn recruitment, Boolean/X-Ray search, headhunting.
• Experience with social media, recruitment agencies, and ATS/CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
• Screen candidates and shortlist suitable professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with department leads.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and placements.
