• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

Responsabilités

• Market bench consultants in the US IT staffing market.
• Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status.
• Engage with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements daily.
