Job summary

Postex in Lahore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on technical roles to help scale our engineering and product teams.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and modern recruitment tools to identify, engage, and assess software engineers and other tech professionals while collaborating with technical leadership.

This role demands strong screening, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles, programming technologies, and technology job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with technical leadership.
• Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FinTech, Logistics, E-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
• Experience hiring for high-growth technology teams.
• Exposure to senior and leadership-level technical hiring.
• Experience building passive talent pipelines and conducting talent mapping.
• Existing network within Pakistan's technology talent market.
