The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on HR experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of HR process optimization. This is a full-time position located on-site in Lahore.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 6-8 years of HR experience with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, and HRIS.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
• Practical experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing HR dashboards, HR analytics, and management presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and controls.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and ensure timely, accurate HR processes.
• Oversee the monthly payroll process: attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, adjustments, and final validation.
• Administer Compensation & Benefits, including salaries, allowances, benefits, increments, arrears, and related matters.
• Maintain and analyze employee and payroll data for accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and management presentations for senior management.
• Analyze HR data on headcount, manpower cost, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, payroll, benefits, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven decisions.
