Job summary

The Children\'s Place in Lahore is seeking an HR Operations Associate to ensure HR and payroll processes run accurately, on time, and in compliance. You will handle Workday transactions, maintain data integrity, and provide daily payroll support including verifications, garnishments, and biweekly processing.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR operations or HRIS, with strong data ownership, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operational or HRIS support role.
• Workday experience strongly preferred — familiarity with HCM, position management, supervisory orgs, or job profiles is a significant plus.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of data ownership and accountability.
• Able to handle a queue of requests with competing priorities and defined turnaround times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Clear written communication skills for coordinating with HRBPs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process HR and payroll transactions in Workday (promotion, transfer, termination, data changes).
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits of HR data and org structures.
• Support payroll activities including biweekly processing and employee verifications.
• Run standard Workday reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Own SOPs for transaction types and support process improvements.
