Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in HR.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, selection.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and policies.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for leadership.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and training actions.
• Promote organizational culture and employee engagement.
