Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a senior HR leader to drive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management across the organization. You will partner with business heads and HRBPs to build robust talent pipelines, develop internal leadership, and support long-term business growth in a large, professionally managed NBFC/BFSI environment.

The role requires 10+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment expertise, campus hiring, succession planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW with strong academic record.
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI sector preferred.
• 10+ years in HR with Talent Acquisition & TM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition across functions and levels.
• Facilitate Talent Management initiatives including talent reviews and IDPs.
• Drive succession planning for critical and leadership roles.
