Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotions and client acquisition: implement and monitor marketing programs; supervise FEs' promotional activities; acquire new clients; conduct regional promotional activity.
• Evaluations and approval: appraise loan applications and verify records per policy.
• Loan disbursement: ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients.
• Collections and monitoring: ensure collections per policy; monitor branch performance; manage overdue and portfolio quality.
• Targets: drive portfolio growth while maintaining quality and adherence to policies; report on branch performance; support staff development.
