Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a Regional HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for the assigned region, coordinating with Regional Heads, Branch Managers and HR teams to ensure timely talent availability for expansion and replacements.

You will build local talent pipelines, conduct sourcing across portals, networks and referrals, and drive hires across frontline to mid-management roles in multiple NBFC domains.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM – HR preferred.
• 3–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Prior NBFC/Banking/Asset Finance exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of regional and frontline talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned region across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and joining follow-up.
• Support hiring across multiple businesses including Asset Finance, Home Loans, SME/MSME Finance, Leasing, Supply Chain Finance, Insurance sourcing, Credit and Operations.
• Partner with Regional Heads, Business Heads and Branch Managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive hiring across frontline, branch, middle-management and regional roles with regional/local focus.
• Develop regional talent pools and conduct talent/competitor mapping across financial services sectors.
